Before me, dr. FEDERICO TASSINARI, notary registered to the
Board of Notaries in the District of Bologna, having its seat in
Imola, are present:
BORGHI DANIELE, born in Bologna, the 1st of December 1948, here
resident in via S. Margherita n. 14, sport executive, declaring
himself to intervene as a delegate on behalf of the National Council
of the association "UCSI-UISP International Sport Cooperation",
having its seat in Florence (FI), via Bocchi n. 32;
tax code 96176580585,
DUSATTI MARIA ERNESTA, born in Tolmino (GO) the 13th of
September 1943, resident in Rome, via Tuscolana 507,
executive.
The appearers, Italian citizens, whose personal identity I
know, in concordance and with my consent renounce the
presence of witness in this act.
The appearer, in his quality of Council delegate.
DECLARES
- that with a deed of the notary dr. Maria Emanuela Vesci,
from Rome, in date 14th march 1990 n.9941/2720,
registered in Rome (RM) the 30th March 1990, the
association "UCSI-UISP International Sport Cooperation" is set up;
- that its seat, formerly fixed in
Rome via Franchellucci n.73, is now
fixed in Florence, via Bocchi n.32;
- that the present members of the National Council are
Bani Lorenzo, Dusatti Maria Ernesta,
Maiorella Ivano e Valente Maurizio.
- - that the undersigned appearer, regularly delegated
by the National Council, has convened the assembly to
deliberate on the following agenda.
1) EXTRAORDINARY PART: adoption of the new statute and the authorization to get the acknowledgement as NGO;
2) ORDINARY PART: omissis.
- that the actual associates can be identified
in the list attached at the present act, under A),
the reading being omitted on will of the appearers;
- that no. eleven out of no. eleven associates are present
The appearer Dusatti Maria Ernesta, in her capacity as a charter member and secretary of the Association, confirms what declared above by the appearer Borghi Daniele.
On unanimous nomination of the presents, the same appearer takes the presidency of the assembly, and declares the extraordinary Congress Assembly of the Association effectively constituted, and charge the notary to draw up the minutes.
The President shows the presents the reasons to obtain by the Ministry of Foreign Affair the recognition of eligibility as a non-governmental organization according to articles 28 and ss. of Law n. 49 of the 26th February 1987.
Having listened to what expounded by the President, the assembly unanimously
DECIDES
1) to approve the new Statute integrally substituting the current one, choosing Peace Game as the new name of the association and taking up new residence in Bologna, via Riva di Reno n. 75/3;
2) to delegate the appearer to do all is needed to the recognition of the association as a non-governmental organization according to articles 28 and ss. of Law n. 49 of the 26th February 1987.
The text of the modified Statute is enclosed to the present act under B), the reading being omitted on will of the appearers.
Having nothing else to decide and nobody intervening, the President declares the assembly closed at h 12.00.
The association is assuming the cost of this act.
I have received the present act typed by a trustworthy person and hand completed by me on two sheets for four full page and read by me to the appearers which approved and confirmed it.
